Payment Records
The payment ledger may include rent, CAM/other charges, late fees, credits, manual payments, online payment status, receipts, refunds, reversals, disputes, and related accounting entries. Amounts should be reviewed against the lease and official management records.
Card and ACH Processing
Online card and ACH payments, when enabled, are collected through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-managed workflows. Payment credentials are provided to the payment processor rather than stored directly in this application.
Authorization and Submission
A user submitting a payment must be authorized to use the selected payment method and is responsible for reviewing the amount and account before confirmation. Duplicate submissions should be avoided while a payment is pending or processing.
Status, Receipts, and Posting
A redirect or on-screen success message alone does not mark an invoice paid. Payment status and ledger updates depend on verified provider events or server-side verification. Receipts reflect the status recorded when they are issued.
Failures, Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes
Failed, canceled, refunded, reversed, or disputed payments may remain visible in payment history and may affect the account balance after reconciliation. Contact management through an authorized channel for account-specific questions.
Contact Information
Use the public Contact page for leasing and website questions. Authenticated tenants should use the Tenant Portal or the management contact in their official lease communications for account-specific matters.
