Authorized Tenant Access

Tenant Portal accounts are intended for authorized tenant representatives. Registration may require a single-use invitation associated with an existing tenant, suite, and lease record.

Account Security

Users must protect their credentials, use account-recovery tools only for their own accounts, and notify management if they suspect unauthorized access. Passwords are stored as non-retrievable hashes and are never available to management or the assistant.

Tenant Data Boundaries

Tenant features are scoped to the authenticated tenant account. A tenant may not access another tenant's lease, invoice, payment, receipt, document, message, maintenance, or account records.

Documents and Notices

Portal copies and assistant summaries support account administration. The executed lease, official notices, and records supplied through authorized management channels remain the controlling documents.

Maintenance and Messages

Portal maintenance requests and messages are not emergency dispatch services unless management has expressly stated otherwise. Life-safety emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency service and management channel.

Use the public Contact page for leasing and website questions. Authenticated tenants should use the Tenant Portal or the management contact in their official lease communications for account-specific matters.
