How Account Information Is Used
Tenant and admin account information is used to authenticate users, protect role-based access, display rent, CAM/other charges, invoices, payment ledger entries, receipts, lease records, and administrative reports.
Payment-processing data
Online payment collection is handled through Stripe-hosted payment tools where possible. This application does not intentionally store card or bank account numbers. Payment confirmations, payment status, Stripe identifiers, receipts, and ledger records may be stored for administrative accounting purposes.
Third-party Sign-in Providers
If Google, Apple, and Microsoft sign-in are configured, those providers may share basic account identifiers such as email address and provider subject ID so the application can match the sign-in to an existing tenant or admin account. Provider-specific privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses secure session cookies to keep authenticated users signed in and to protect admin and tenant portal routes. Browser cookies may also be used for security, account recovery, and normal website operation.
Uploaded lease documents
Uploaded lease documents are intended for authorized admin users only. Lease PDFs, generated lease drafts, metadata, and administrative document summaries may be stored to support lease management and internal property administration.
Administrative Analytics and Summaries
Document summaries and lease analytics are generated for administrative convenience. These summaries may include key dates, lease terms, deadlines, and possible attention items, but they do not replace legal review.
